Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing ficsers.com or using the CFR Score calculator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Ficsers provides

Ficsers provides a Comprehensive Funding Readiness Score (CFR Score) tool that benchmarks startup metrics against investor thresholds. The output — including scores, market intelligence, and advisor analysis — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. No guarantee of funding

A CFR Score does not guarantee that you will raise funding. We make no representations about future investment outcomes. Investors make independent decisions based on many factors beyond the metrics we assess.

4. Accuracy of your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the calculator. Ficsers is not liable for outputs generated from inaccurate or misleading inputs.

5. The 90-day advisory program

The paid advisory program is a separate engagement governed by a written agreement between you and Ficsers. The success fee applies only when a term sheet is received from an investor during the active engagement period. Terms and conditions of the advisory program are set out in your specific agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The CFR Score methodology, software, branding, and all content on ficsers.com are owned by Ficsers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

7. Your CFR Brief

Your CFR Brief PDF is generated for your personal use. You may share it with investors, advisors, or co-founders. You may not sell or commercially distribute it. Each report carries a unique Report ID — Ficsers reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any report.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ficsers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
