What we collect
When you use the CFR Score calculator, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company name, work email, and the business metrics you enter (revenue, growth rate, retention, runway, and similar figures). We also automatically collect basic usage data such as your IP address and browser type for security and rate-limiting purposes.
How we use it
- To calculate your CFR Score and generate your CFR Brief (PDF report)
- To send your CFR Brief to the email address you provide
- To contact you about your funding readiness and Ficsers' advisory services
- To improve our scoring model and benchmarks using aggregated, anonymized data
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- We do not share your individual company metrics with investors or any third party without your explicit consent
- We do not use your data to train external AI models beyond what is needed to generate your own report
Data storage
Your information is stored securely using Google Workspace and Google Sheets infrastructure. Your metrics and contact details are retained so we can follow up on your CFR Score and improve our service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Third-party services
We use the Claude API (Anthropic) to generate market intelligence and advisor analysis based on the information you provide. We use EmailJS to deliver your CFR Brief to your inbox. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also opt out of further communications by replying to any email from us or contacting us directly.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymized and aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
